A RESOURCEFUL TOMORROW

UNDERSTAND YOUR STARTING POINT

One programme.
Clear responsibilities at every stage.

Extended Producer Responsibility connects defined producers with the end-of-life management of the products or packaging they introduce. The applicable requirements differ between waste streams, product categories and business roles.

Recycle Veda supports the practical work around those requirements: organising product and quantity information, preparing registration documentation, coordinating recycling-related activities, planning budgets and bringing reporting records together. Working with a service provider does not transfer the producer’s underlying responsibility.

Map each stream. Keep the requirements distinct.

Your programme may involve more than one category. A shared view of the work is useful, while product data, certificates and reporting requirements remain specific to each applicable framework.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

More clarity
before you begin.

Need to discuss a specific product, waste stream or business activity?

Ask our team
Is EPR registration the whole compliance process?

No. Registration is a starting step. Applicable obligations can also include fulfilment, record-keeping, returns and other category-specific duties. The programme should account for the stages relevant to your business.

Can one EPR certificate be used for every waste category?

Certificates and their use are governed by the relevant framework. Do not treat a plastic packaging, battery, e-waste or tyre certificate as interchangeable; the category, quantity and other conditions need checking.

Does appointing a consultant transfer our responsibility?

No. Service support can help organise and coordinate the work, while the regulated entity retains its obligations. Your team should review the scope, submissions and supporting records.

What makes a useful set of EPR records?

A clear record set connects product or packaging quantities with relevant registrations, partner information, certificate transactions and filing inputs. Keeping these records consistent helps your team identify gaps before preparing returns.

Can we engage you for only one category or stage?

Yes. We offer flexible service scopes and category-specific pricing. Tell us which stages need support, including any existing registrations or recycling arrangements.

How do we begin?

Share your business activity, product or packaging categories, available quantity information and current arrangements. The team can then discuss the relevant scope and the information needed to proceed.
