Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy describes information handling on the Recycle Veda website and when you contact us about our waste-management, recycling and EPR-support services. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Recycle Veda, based in Gurugram, India (Bharat).
It covers website enquiries and related correspondence. If a service engagement requires additional business records or personal information, the purpose and handling of those records should be addressed in that engagement.
Information you choose to share
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, selected service and message. Company name and phone number are optional. An email or phone conversation may also include information you voluntarily share about your organisation and requirements.
Please provide only what is necessary for the enquiry. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, Aadhaar or other identity documents, health information, or confidential third-party records in an initial message. Share someone else’s details only where you are authorised to do so.
How the enquiry form works
- Prepare: your entries are used in your browser to create a message for review. Preparing the enquiry does not send it to Recycle Veda.
- Review: you can read and edit the message before choosing what to do next.
- Email: “Open email app” passes the draft to your chosen email application. Recycle Veda receives the message when you send it.
- Copy: “Copy message” places the message on your device’s clipboard when supported. Clipboard handling is controlled by your device and its settings.
The website does not save enquiry entries in its own database, cookies or browser storage. Your browser may retain form entries through its own autofill or session-restoration features, and your email provider may save a draft.
Why we use enquiry information
Information you send allows us to respond to your questions, understand your requirements, discuss a proposed service, prepare a quotation where requested, and maintain related correspondence. It may also be needed to address complaints, resolve disputes or meet applicable legal obligations.
You can browse without sending an enquiry. If you do not provide enough information to respond or assess your requirements, we may be unable to progress your request. Sending an enquiry is not a subscription to advertising messages.
Hosting, fonts and other providers
Like other websites, this site relies on hosting and delivery infrastructure. Those providers may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information, requested pages and access times, to deliver and protect the service. Hosting-platform access controls may also use their own cookies or account information.
The website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google’s font services, which receive technical request information. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about its handling of data.
When you send an enquiry, your email service and the service supporting our Gmail inbox process that correspondence. Information may be processed in countries where the relevant providers operate; this website does not promise India-only storage.
Enquiry details may be shared with people assisting with your requested service where necessary, or with authorities where legally required. Any additional sharing of project records should be considered as part of the agreed service scope.
Cookies, analytics and external links
The website’s own code does not currently set cookies or include analytics, advertising pixels or behavioural tracking. This statement concerns the website itself; hosting-platform services and external providers may have separate practices.
Links to maps, regulatory portals and other websites take you to independent services. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them. You can manage cookies and saved form information through your browser settings.
Retention and security
Enquiry correspondence is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose it was received, ongoing service discussions, relevant record-keeping, dispute resolution or legal requirements. The applicable period depends on the nature of the information and any resulting engagement.
No internet transmission, email service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Keep initial enquiries limited to necessary information and contact us to agree an appropriate way to share sensitive business documents.
Your choices and privacy requests
Contact Recycleveda@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request” to ask about information you have sent, request a correction or deletion, withdraw a request for further contact, or raise a privacy concern. You may also call either number below.
Include the email address used for your enquiry and enough context to locate it. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Deletion or other requests may be subject to applicable legal or record-retention requirements; we will explain any relevant limitation. Applicable legal rights are unaffected by this policy.
Children’s information
This website is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at children. Please do not submit children’s personal information. If you believe a child has sent information to us, contact us so the matter can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website’s features, information practices or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Any materially different use of information will be addressed with the notice or consent required by applicable law.
For the rules governing use of this website, read our Terms & Conditions.
